A little about your Las Vegas Realtors....    Jacob and I met in Dallas Texas in 1998.  We moved to Las Vegas in the summer of 1999. Shortly after our move in January 2001 Jacob got his Real Estate license.  He passed the test the first time with a 97%!  It was meant to be.       In January 2003 we purchased our first home.  Wow how stressful, what a huge investment, can we do it? Can we afford it? What if, what if, it was a constant emotional roller coaster. Jacob assured me what a great investment it was and held my hand throughout the entire process.       We have personally purchased other investment properties which we now rent out. We have confidence in the Las Vegas community.     Today as I look back I can realize that what we did then is what so many people are doing everyday.  That is why I got into real estate in April of 2004 as well.  Knowing that we are helping individuals, couples, and families achieve the American Dream by owning a home, holding their hand through the entire process, and relieving the stress of not only a huge life decision but also a great investment. That is our amazing reward.     Our clients are for life, we will always keep in contact with them. They always have a place in our hearts. Jacob and I have great communication and work well together. Neither of us let something slip between the cracks. We make sure our job is done with the highest integrity and competenc.  Hence the Mitro Team's success.     Jacob and I do love to vacation, I prefer tropical beaches, so we have been fortunate having gotten married on the North Shore of Oahu in Novembr 2002. We have visited Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, Australia, Great Barrier Reef and parts of Mexico.  We are PADI Certified divers and love to scuba. We have also jumped from airplanes and made it to the ground alive.      Since we are full time with real estate 7days a week, when we can get a break we usually visit one of the amazing places only a short distance from Vegas.  For instance Zion www.Zioncanyon.com is only a short drive away. He has been playing the bass for 13 years. He also produces music when he has free time, which isn't very often lately. Jacob is the more laid back people person that never stresses out and can handle any situation with style. I am more of a go getter, opinionated perfectionist. Which works out well because I am in charge of marketing and getting our new business and he takes care of everything else.  I'll usually get & set up the appointment and he takes care of the rest keeping me informed. When very busy I will show homes as well.    Jacob and I are both artists. I have done a bit of acting, I am a member of SAG,  Screen Actors Guild.  I have been in NBC's "Las Vegas" and recurring on CBS "CSI" the original CSI Las Vegas, along with a decent resume including commercials, and motion pictures.  Hollywood is starting to come to Vegas to produce their movies and shows, which is great for the real estate market because as long as Hollywood is marketing Vegas we will always see an appreciation in Homes.   It's rare to get a chance to do our hobbies with such a busy career that has catapulted over the years.         We have the most adorable baby in the world, that was born late in 2005.
